Protect the only Recreational Site in Homer! Keep the designated use of the Old Middle School Site for school and community purposes!

I have only just discovered the HERC gym. My son is 2 and a half and I would love to bring him to the playgroups and many other activities that HERC offers.

My kids use the gym all the time during the winter months. We really need this place to stay open for the community.

Fix the roof and leave it for public use. It makes no sense to sell off the only gym we have.

DONT TEAR IT DOWN. We barely have any indoor spots for sports in town anyway.

There is no shared use gym that I know of. Go to the meeting on October 8th. It is an Open House for Site selection, where we will be informed that the Old Middle School parcel is the only choice being considered. That was decided at the last meeting
