Another community spot lost to developers, and they wonder why there is no sense of community anymore when there is nowhere for communities to meet.
This is not the only local pub owned by M&B for sale

I grew up near the Happy Hour and still visit before every Watford game. The place is an icon!
Disgusting decision if the pub is shut; so wrong.
