My 2.5 year old loves it here (as do I), it will be such a shame if it closes.

Both my children, then their children have visited this museum. They all came away with questions about our history. Are we to lose yet another part of our local heritage yet again.

A fantastic museum with superb "hands on" exhibitions. My son LOVES the school room and rocking horse. This museum would be greatly missed.

the council should be looking to enhance the museums, not close them, how else can visitors be expected to WANT to come here.

As a primary school teacher I am outraged at the talk of closure to the hands on history museum. I took foundation children, year 1 children and year 3 to many of the hands on activity sessions to the museum. It was very hard to get the children away as they enjoyed it so much

How can we possibly be a City of Culture with no Culture. Please rethink this ridiculous idea.
