If we look at the cultural economics which have been written about how much money museums, libraries, and public art bring into a locale, it does not make sense to close off such an important asset in Hull. Not only will this impoverish the civic life of the area but it will also diminish the economy. I am in full support of funding the museum and re-evaluating this closure. For more information on the economics research CULTURAL ECONOMICS and MERIT GOODS

As this is lead up period to COC2017, it would be better to offer good marketing at this time. Although as they say any publicity is good publicity !!
