By offering a glimpse of our past, museums point us in the direction of our future.
We need to be developing the museum sector in Hull - with a bit of imagination, this could be the 'must see' museum for local schools and visitors to the city.

So the council want to celebrate its City of Culture 2017 status by closing down a part of its Cultural section . . . beggers belief! Its about time that Hull City Council gets their priorities right and start investing some of its funds into the Cultural sector, rather than cutting it.

An area shows its culture through its past and its history. It allows people to reflect and learn from the past to build for the future. a true city of culture should not close its musiums but build on then creating a legacy to reflext, educate and pay respect.
