This is a fantastic museum which my kids have enjoyed on many occasions, and it is an important part of Hull's museum sector. To close it at any time, let alone during the build-up to 2017 when Hull's cultural profile is rightly gaining attention, would be folly.

The council can save tons of money by not sending out stupid letters usually needlessly they can conduct more business online. And join the universe this is not the way to do it they should walk the talk and back culture and history by preserving it

shame to close museums in a city. don't lose your culture and history
came across the museum on a visit a few years back, great way to spend a few hours and would be a huge loss.

All museums are important to our education and heritage. We as a family spent lots of valuable times together visiting museums. Up and down the country and we as parents know our children acquired useful information from them.

Museums are valuable and should not be closed. They are focal points of local heritage. Towns and cities would not be the same without them.
