One of the most valuable learning opportunities for raisers but also such an incredible gift to the visually impaired/blind community members. I raised my first puppy in high school and has since picked back up doing it while working full time and young mom of three. It’s an incredible program for all participates.

Why get rid of something so beneficial for people with disabilities? Keep the good and find ways for it to continue. There are plenty of other places in the government the need adjusting anx this isn't one of them.

This program is very important for our blind people. To discontinue it would mean tremendous hardships for those who relay on service dogs on a daily basis. Please reconsider this decision. Thank you.
