It would be such a shame to discontinue this program :( it is so beneficial to the blind community and the high school students. This program spreads awareness to the community about service animals and dog training.

Guide Dogs in CTE has helped me in so many ways. This program is special not just to me, but to students who want to work with dogs and those who dream of raising a puppy for someone who is blind or visually impaired. It gives us real, hands-on experience, teaches responsibility, patience, and leadership, and shows us how powerful the human–dog bond truly is. Programs like this don’t just teach skills — they shape futures and change lives.
