It is ashame when people cause something like this to happen. Please try harder to find another way to handle this situation, this family should be able to live long wild lives.

As someone born in Alaska its outragous that you kill these bears. The incident involving them other protecting her cubs is due to a stupid idiot trying to corner them. Alaska's bears are just as Alaskan as the humans who live there. I lived a good portion of my life in Ketchikan where it was a regular occurrence to seeing these beasts and we learn to live WITH THEM.

Punishing animals because of human behavior does not solve anything. Educate people. these bears deserve a place on our earth as well. try harder to find them a home!

These bears should not be pubished for the human's stupidity. The mother bear was doing what only came natural to her. Nobody was harmed when the bear was showing the aggression. Why can't they be moved to an area where they won't have human contact. I think there's enough room in Alaska.
