Please try again to find a sanctuary to take them or even a zoo. Please don't kill them the mother and her cubs have done nothing wrong but try and find some food to eat. It should not be a death sentence because they were hungry and trying to find food.

This bear and her family are not the problem. The media attention was! Please reconsider placement at another locale, for the sake of all involved in this unfortunate display of human idiocy!

Is there no way to make those people go away, I can't believe there isn't a wildlife law being broken, this just isn't fair to kill 5 beautiful bears because of idiots!!!

Why can't they just move the Bears to a new location deeper in the Forrest? It seems wreck less and irresponsible that we as humans will cause a problem and then kill innocents because we're too lazy to think of another solution. There has to be another way. Stop being so quite to sentence death to innocent beings.

Temptation and titilation...Human's come first do they!!! Humans need to wake up to their ways, not provide opportunities for death warrants, but comprehension to facts. Do not temp wildlife, if you are going to condem. Human's dominate and destroy. Wake up..one world find another solution, not just disposing of wildlife because they have a place in this world too!...including trash if one tempts the wildlife!!!

Can the family not be relocated? This is done in CT and we are a small state!

It is disgraceful that it is even considered to euthanise these animals because of the actions of the humans involved.

There is no reason to KILL innocent wild animals trying to survive! I am in tears reading this. Why can't they be moved further into the wild? Humans have no right to kill animals especially if they are defending their own families. Where is the empathy & compassion for Life?! Move them to CO. They'll be happy & left in peace here.

The actions of a wild animal in a situation that is unlikely to repeat itself should not be the cause of the deaths of 5 animals. There has to be some nuance to how the management of wild animals is handled.

Don't kill them. She's protecting her family. You wouldn't shoot a human for protecting her family. Humans yet again thinking they can just destroy anything they want. Despicable.

Where there is a problem, there is always a solution. Find a solution to save these bears.

it is the responsibility of the government to distribute bear proof trash cans for the safety of humans and bears. It is our duty to safely coexist with wildlife and afford them the respect and safety we require as people.
