This is the fault of HUMANS, not the bears. Why do humans fell that they are the only life form that matters? There is no reason to kill these bears. Tranquilize and relocate them if necessary. Or better yet, police the area to keep the HUMANS in check.

These bears need to be left alone. People need to stop being stupid and realize that they are wild animals who aren't doing anything wrong. Have some sense and stay away from them, let them be!

Please do not kill this family we humans are responsible for all that goes wrong with animals help them to be relocated. Then fine the people who do not respect that they live with wildlife.

it is appalling that these officers consider it their right to decide whether this family of bears lives or dies when the bears have done nothing to deserve such a fate. oh, if the tables could be turned.

Please reconsider your decision to euthanize this beautiful family. Your mission states, "to protect..." I hardly think this decision is protecting the wildlife. Please consider moving them to a new home.

There is no reason to kill the bears please keep looking for another home for them and give people bear proof trash cans ....we need the wild life for our eco system...they deserve to live.

this is such an unacceptable decision. there are clearly ways to manage the bears without killing them and what happens when the next family of bears turns up on the doorstep? I suppose it will be destroy them too?

These beautiful, innocent creatures should NOT be punished because of ignorance and pushy people. The mother was obviously trying to make sure that her cubs were safe, and she was surrounded by humans. What else should she have done? Do not kill these precious animals just because people can't learn to keep their distance. If anything, relocation is a great option. Look a little harder. Don't just do what's best for the humans, think about the bears, too. Stop being selfish!
