I have a problem with disposing of wildlife when it is humans who created the problem. I have talked with many people on this subject and have dealt with a myriad of opinions. Gosh, no fun! There does not seem to be a better alternative to this dilemma. So sorry.

Contact the Alaska wildlife and game website...I sent an email and left a voicemail asking why they just can't relocate.

This petition has reached Tennessee and I signed it because black bears live in our region also.I do not feel that it is right for Alaska's Wildlife and Game to kill the family of bears due to the foolishness of humans. Bears are enormous creatures and anyone who is foolish enough to try and treat one as though it is a normal house pet deserves to be attacked. I feel like the mother bear was only protecting her young cubs and there is a much better ways to deal with the situation than to just kill them all. For Christ's sake she was doing what she had to do because she felt threated by all the people chasing her in a tree, she felt she had to let everyone knows that she would die protecting her young, they are her babies. I also feel that the flashes from people taking pictures also made her feel treated, maybe everyone needs to think of the things they do. I feel we need to all stop playing God and murdering things because I feel we are suppose to co-exist with nature instead of trying to kill it for what it was designed to do. I find bears to be beatiful creatures and humans need to know that in order to co-exist with them they must stay at a safe distance and not try to corner them. Please Alaska's Wildlife & Game give the bear family another chance because I do not think they deserve to be slaughtered because you all feel like its keeping the humans safe because thats not what you need to protect them from. To me it sounds like you all have bigger fish to fry with Alaska's Mooses.
