Even though growing is good. It must be controlled. Better facilities and roads are necessary.

Adding more development to a congested area with limited outlets to main roads is a nightmare. Not all green open space needs to be developed. I understand Pflugerville is growing but we also have to be responsible about it. I think some need to watch The Lorax and open their eyes to how the ecosystem is being changed and how that impacts us.

Please educate the citizens on this trend of development and its effects. There must be a better way to get this message out to others that may be targeted for development and our City preserves are threatened.

Maybe Pflugerville needs to slow the growth. Maybe we don't have enough water to support all the new homes you are allowing to be built. Just my thought.

Considering the lack of road access the development is absurd. Then there is the matter of greenbelt, which is a very important amenity. I think the Planning Commission ought to be replaced!!

We moved to Pflugerville for the size of the town and the green surroundings. We like to keep it this way and keep our taxes as low as possible.

NO! This would cause an even worse traffic nightmare. The Idea school has caused enough traffic backup in that area.
Preserve our green spaces please.
