Don!t change it my Dad got married too his second wife hear!!! And over the years I,ve seen some good live music in this place I wana remember them times as they were (Dread squad, Baits Motel, Wama Jama , Concrete deraniums ) The list goes on

Shocked by this change and other's in Penzance.Something is fundamentally wrong in your planning dept.To allow this is a disgrace!I was born and brought up in the Town and it is damning to see what these people are reducing it too! Shame on you.

As a listed building, it should never be altered. It's not allowed to be done in other areas.

As locals we can not allow this to happen to the grand old building, it is disgusting, and sickening, so so wrong, but money talks given as a gift or a non repayable loan to the right people, stand up and be counted the people of Penzance and Cornwall,

This is sheer vandalism! It must be a listed building, How can this be allowed to happen? PLEASE return the front of this beautiful building to the way it was. St John's Hall belongs to the people of Penzance.
