We seem to be losing our Covered bridges at an alarming rate and we need to save these historic treasures . There is no need to intensionlly destroy them we need to save these bridges so future generations to enjoy and preserve . Being a covered bridge lover and preservationists I encourage others to join in this petition to save this bridge because once gone will only be a memory.

We should be doing everything possible to save our Historic Covered Bridges. Very prominent icons for our Province but our Government refuses to listen to the people.

These bridges are part of who we are. They have been allowed to deteriorate, I believe , on purpose. This bridge needs to be repaired, and new ones could be built as well.

Is a shame to remove some of our heritage. It would be preferable to save it or even make it a walking bridge with a newer one installed beside it.

Especially the one on the Hammond River. Tourists come from all over to see these and this is right beside the highway.
