Do not destroy this beautiful building - look at the architecture, look at its history, look at its position within the community. Redevelop it, breathe some life into it, but don‘t destroy it just because it‘s easier for some profit-focussed developer to make yet more money building expensive properties which are out of the financial reach of locals

Too many beautiful buildings bulldozed, we need to keep as many as we can for future generations.

Use it as something beneficial to locals. There are a lot of elderly people in this community, why not open it up as a centre for people to meet up, help the elderly out of there home's and looking at the same 4 walls all day. Let there retirements be filled with things to do.

I went to this school in the mid seventies before Bishop Bronscombe was built. I would like to see the building used for the benefit of local people.

Carclaze is historic to hundreds of families in this area. Developers paradise gone mad at the moment. Surely due to FORCED increased population in our area and locals being ignored they should use the place in a more helpful way like making it a nice community centre? something much needed here. We do not have a full on working community centre in our area. People cant always get to the other end of town. Its disgraceful that the subject has come up. We DO NOT NEED MORE HOUSING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT LOCAL. We know people from up country are housed here in St Austell through their councils buying land.!!!!! we do not need it. Its beginning to get very claustrophobic now. STOP IT!!!!!!!

We do not want everything to look like soulless wainhomes. The building is beautiful & characterful & we should be saving the unique ones with pride, that at some point we did actually have imagination & skill
