Communities are not just about shops, they are about people. Elaine is at the heart of Herne Hill life. Sub Stations can go in many places, not least inside the station yard on the other side of the station entrance. A little bit of imagination woudl really help here.

Absolute disgrace Network Rail. Sort yourselves out...there will be plenty of alternatives to this stupid plan. Get your thinking caps on and engage your brains instead of antagonising the community you want to use the new shops that you hope will pay you rent. This community is not shy about promising to boycot those shops yo make your life as difficult as you are making are valued florists.
