This is disgusting. The flower lady is part of our community and should not suffer as a result of Network Rail’s incompetence.

So tired of NR running roughshod over the genuine concerns and values of local people.

Go back and find somewhere else for the substaion and leave the shop untouched. Network rail have plenty of land in the area.

The Flower Lady being there makes visits to Station Square a delight.

Shame on network rail, more damage to the heart of Herne Hill.

There must be a better place to put an electricity substation ! For god's sake!

It would be unfair to see her business suffer because of bad planning by others. This little corner plot is perfect for her business and the community clearly likes her to be there. It's also not fair to cause someone this level of stress because of a mistake which is nothing to do with her.

Elaine is every bit Herne Hill and works tirelessly for the community. There MUST be an alternative found!!

The Flower Lady is a real cultural asset to the area and at the heart of the community. An electricity substation would be an eye store right on the square.

Community is integral to HH and Flower Elaine is integral to HH central to HH life, not only as a trader but a friend to many residents and inspiration loved by so many young children who also frequently visit her shop. We'd be lost without her...

Just another case of councils allowing the demolition of local heritage while claiming to protect just that. Hypocrites.

We must save and support small businesses that give Herne Hill it’s wonderful character!
