Please don’t close afterschool programs because some students gain additional assistance meanwhile they find a place they can go after the regular school schedule.
I believe the students who do attend benefit from such programs. In addition they will feel they’re part of a community whom they’ll work closely with their peers. Therefore and thusly, the students that perk their interest and attend such programs, profit towards the prosperity of a higher education.

After school programs are an integral part of our public schools. As a former employee for LACER students were able to have a safe place to receive further support beyond their day school. Amidst the civil unrest happening in our communities, cities and country it is more important than ever to keep these programs and support our students m.

Afterschool Programs provides opportunities and allows positive change in youth development. For many, after school programs have been life changing and have provided students a pathway to success. It is crucial that after school programming, not only remain at these sites but that they are supported so that they can continue changing lives.
