It would be a shame to close the stall, it's the Council gone mad over a complaint, with very little detail.

This is disgusting. I love seeing the stall when I drive passed. It adds colour to the street that is much needed in maldon.

I met this lovely lady last year when I had to read her water meter for Essex and Suffolk water that's when I saw the stall and I think it's great and would be a shame to be forced to shut down over on complaint what harm is the stall doing???

I live in Fambridge Road and use this stall a lot ..and I think it's in keeping with the property's in this road...does this mean people selling fruit and veg outside houses need planning

I use this stalk regularly whilst working opposite. The food is lovely, all homemade, it shows the character of Maldon

Typical of Maldon District Council...small minded and petty all due to just ONE complaint. Please keep this stall open

It's within keeping of the lovely traditional Maldon. It's part of Maldon as was the swimming area in Maldon Prom. Why are there people out there trying to remove the character of This Quaint English Town. It is actually a little land mark and shows others how honest the people of Maldon are. There isn't many places around in England that have an honest, trusting community feel especially right by a large school that displays the trust this lady has for her fellow citizens. It's home produce and we are supposed to be supporting local small businesses. Who ever reported this tiny stall was malicious in doing so I believe. I shall be sharing on media network this story and petition. Also I have never brought or spoken to the said lady /stall but many have including my daughter whose at the school opposite. This is a story iv just seen and the only interactions iv had with this stall is driving by. However many friends say they enjoy using the stall S Akers

Please keep the stall, Maldon is fast losing it's identity and by keeping these smell businesses, it keeps that small bit of Maldon alive.
