The Harvard Exit theatre is an anchor for north Capitol Hill. Without this space devoted to arts and culture, nearby businesses - and the whole neighborhood - will suffer. Please consider maintaining some part of the building as a space for ideas, expression, and beauty. We trust you to make the right decision.

Amazing opportunity here for a dinner and a movie type space. I'd go here MORE often if it was random cult films and a cool bar with a snack menu.
