I think it a wise use of State resources to continue the lawsuit against Emgold to set prescedent against entities "gifting" properties to the government without full environmental remediation.

you cannot sell a state park..it sets a dangerous precedent.besides ,this park is the identity of grass valleyand the gold rush era. and, i was married here.

to sell this part and put it in private hands would be a travesty! I walk and ride my horse in this park at least two to three times a week and everybody can do it for free.. It is the People's Park. It is part of our common interests.

This land belongs to the PUBLIC, and no one has asked US if we want to sell it! The State can not simply do as they please with what belongs to us all!
