Shouldn't have mixed wards I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable the thought of any of my parents sharing rooms with the opposite sex when they didn't no them .

I feel it would be detrimental to move these ladies as they are confused enough. I speak from experience as my late husband had Alzheimer's

I work with dementia patients and moving them will only cause stress and anxiety

please keep this ward open, it is vital for the patients and their families. These poor families are going through enough having a loved one with dementia without the added stress of having them moved.

It's a disgrace that these ladies are being moved when they are settled in and are with other ladies with the same problem.They should all be kept together as they will have built up a bond with one another .
