I went to GTECC for kindergarten, I am 24 years old now and I still remember my teacher and all the fun lessons that we had. I couldn't imagine the Board of Education doing away with this amazing school. This school has such amazing programs and benefits for kids that need it the most. I feel that the children really thrive with the one-on-one interactions with the specialists and therapists that this school offers. Grenloch has made such a positive impact for so many children with ALL needs big or small. This is the most amazing school, and I feel that if you spread the kindergarten classes throughout the school systems the kindergartners will be overlooked and will not get the appropriate programs with the same attention/close interaction that some of them need. I have worked as a volunteer at Grenloch when my mom was a Teacher’s Assistant there and I have seen so many amazing teachers and how positive and giving they are with all of their students. They really are more than teachers and I saw first-hand how they put their students first. Getting rid of GTECC is the worst possible thing that the Board of Education could do.

Grenloch provides our youngest students with a community environment where they learn through play and best practices. Teachers are using practices that are founded on solid research. Grenloch is a micro community where these students are cared for and surrounded by positive role models, everyone from administration to the custodial staff. The preschool classes offered at Grenloch are comprehensive and meet the unique needs of our youngest learners. The staff at GTECC are some of the most caring people I've worked with in my career! Grenloch will always hold a special place in my heart. To experience the great things at Grenloch, visit for a day and you will witness the dedication, compassion, care and excellence that flows in each of the classrooms at Grenloch!

Such a wonderfol school with a loving and caring staff that are so devoted to teaching our young children and the most impressiionable age. The soecial needs prigram and pre school program are beyond compare. I have a special needs daughter who started go there at three years old, She was barely verbal when she first started. She got the best education, the best therapies and so much love at Geenloch. It would be such a shame for other families to not have the experience we had had this top notch school!

If Kindergarten is integrated into each elementary school, it will be more difficult to include special ed students into regular ed classes.

My granddaughter went through the program and had such super success with her speech. This is a program that must certainly remain. I am a taxpayer in Township and want this program to continue for all children that require the help!!

My child has come a long with with excellent support from Grenloch. My wish is for my daughter to have the same excellent experience/education. Very concerned that there is no time to organize moving kindergarten students to their home schools by September 2015.

I'm a lifelong TWP resident who went to Grenloch for preschool, kindergarten and 1st grade. I would hat to see the school change its format. The little kids do so well at Grenloch with kids their age. I think they are too young to go to school with the older grades.

This school is a savior for so many children to close it would not only be a set back for the children but a tragedy to the neighborhood.

Great school. My son has been so happy. It is not intimidating at all and that is what I was worried about. It has a great atmosphere!!

Both of my children loved there experience at Grenloch! Our children live in a world now where they are being forced to grow up to fast and the our innocence of being a child is fleeting at earlier age. For me Grenloch is one of the only places left where I feel like my kindergartener is exactly where she needs to be. I felt the same way when my son attended. From the bus ride to school, the walking in the halls to the classroom, my 6 year old can be a 6 year old, with other 6 year olds. I can not say enough about the staff and teachers at Grenloch. They are all truly some of the most special people I have ever had the chance to meet and get to know.
