We the undersigned support Cllr Ian Manning's campaign to keep the Dog n Pheasant open.
We believe that the Dog n Pheasant, run by the right people, could be a vibrant community pub at the heart of East Chesterton.
We ask that:
1) The current owners of the Dog n Pheasant public house allow the building to continue as a pub
2) That planning application 12/0086/FUL be turned down by officers & councillors of Cambridge City Council

The momentum for the Dog n Pheasant is undeniable now. East Chesterton is speaking up and the council is starting to listen.

This pub has been here longer than most of the people complaining. It belongs to the community not just some developer looking for a quick buck
East Chesterton isnt the same without this pub being open. Sort it out council.
So sad to see it shut up. Really hope they reconsider because it used to be such a nice spot to meet up on a friday night.
Honestly this place is a landmark. My grandad went there for years. Stop turning everything into flats!

Too many pubs closing down in this area already. Leave the Dog alone its the only place left to have a decent pint with the neighbors.
