We live near the Riviera Village in Redondo beach and have not ever had a problem with parking. Would love to see the dining deck saved, more businesses include them. Looking forward to seeing this street turned into a walking street altogether!

That deck area is amazing. That whole side of the street should have similar decks. It’s a good balance of keeping the old like many of the older residents like, while also being attractive to the younger generation. Remember we both live here and pay taxes!

Please keep this deck as it gives energy to the community as well as more spaces for parking of bucicle which at the beach is a popular way to travel.

Please keep it. Sorry others may not have the opportunity to have one due to their location on the street but shouldn’t that be reflected in a lower rent for them vs. keeping those who can have a deck from having one? Not everyone can have a view of the ocean, does that mean we need to make sure no one does?
