As a fly shop owner I have twice this year been forced to cancel group trips due to the absurd management of the upper delaware's cold water resources. This has no doubt caused close to 20, 000 dollars in lost revenue to local businesses from my cancelled trips alone. Its not hard to surmise that if just one person can cause such a loss to the economy what the effect would be from all who are in my shoes. Besides that short term loss to the economy it is important to note that the long term harm this poor management could have on a cold water ecosystem could be catostraphic.

during a rough storm you open water flow that destroyed areas and now you decide to stop the flow,,,,,wow,,,,,,people sacrifised homes and lives and even sacred graves moved....

Living in New England I have seen the effect neglect has on our rivers - mostly through pollution. Don't wait until the damage is done to protect a cherished resource like the Delaware.

The Upper Delaware is the finest wild trout fishery in the east. Please consider maintaining minimum flows recommended by the biologists to sustain this valuable resource.

You are killing this resource, please release sufficient water to provide the fish what they need to survive and prosper. A dead river is of No value to anyone.

Fished the river on May 24th and the river badly needs a cold water release from Cannonsville Reservoir. Water levels are low and water temps are in dangerous thermal stress levels for the wild trout of the upper delaware river. These trout need cold water to survive and by not releasing cold water from the reservoir you are unnecessarily increasing the fatality rate for these amazing fish.

I am a property owner on the West Branch. I am very disappointed in the current flow plan. This is hurting the fishery which in turn hurts the local economy. I purchased the property to retire and fish. I am now considering selling and going to a state that cares about their rivers and all their citizens. Not just the ones that vote the big city way.

The reservoirs are full and the thermal conditions should be met with more water released. Water quality is maintained by local residents so help their economy by releasing more water.

All over pennsylvania, trout streams are drying up an the wild trout population is down significantly! My home town creek is the bushkill creek in easton, pennsylvania. Water release is a must before these creeks dry up into nothing and what once was grand is no more!
