We strongly support the Curtain Theatre performing at the Park. The performances are of high quality, free and is enjoyed by many not just from Mill Valley. No reason to curtail their performances in anyway !

Don't let the selfish concerns of a few residents that have chosen to live across from a public park ruin what is a long-loved summer outing and tradition in Mill Valley. The Curtain Theater is an artistic gem that should be preserved for future generations to enjoy.

This is an irreplaceable event in Mill Valley's yearly artistic offerings and must continue. Not only does it bring visitors to the town, it offers a platform for actors to gain invaluable experience performing for the public and honing their craft. It inspires children and adults alike in an atmosphere akin to the original Shakespearean venue in London and provides a truly magical live event in the Mill Vally summer calendar.

These people buy a house near a park and then complain about the park being used reasonably. Curtain Shows are during the day, are non amplified and are a treasure for the community, not only of Mill Valley, but for the whole North Bay.

I have worked with the people of Curtain Theater for many years. Cutting back anything from them would be a horrible idea. Please reconsider and actions.

While I accept that I don't actually live there, this seems like a ridiculous complaint. The stage area is in the middle of the park nearly 100 yards from houses in any direction and surrounded by trees. These are not rock concerts with amplified sound. They are Shakespeare and other plays done the old-fashioned way. I have never had any problem parking there either. Again, easy for me to say, but I'm saying it. Save Curtain Theater!

The neighbors are being unreasonable as there really seems such a small impact made by the theater co. The performances are in the afternoons and noise levels are minimal. That is a public park and should be used by the community particularly in support of the arts.

Allowing Curtain Theatre to continue to produce quality family-friendly entertainment for free would allow those on limited budgets an opportunity to enjoy live theatre. While there are other quality productions in Marin, Curtain Theatre is unique in that it is free

Curtain Theatre is a cultural gem in Marin County. We need more access to the arts, not less.
