I have lived in Midhurst my entire life. The forests were a huge part of my childhood where we would go for walks and toboggan. It is what makes this community special. Lets preserve this for future generations

we have far to much farm land being turned into subdivisions , and farm land turned into hydro panel cities, now you want to tap into our forests. what the heck is wrong with these people! Not exceptable at all!

There is plenty of Vacant Industrialized sites in Simcoe not being utilized so why would you want to destroy a precious forest???

Got to be a better place for a dump, this site?

If RJS closes that will suck

Why is it necessary to put it in a forest area?? Surely there are other places that would work better without damaging forests, plants and wildlife.

I DO NOT WANT THIS LOCATED HERE!! KEEP OUR FORESTS! KEEP OUR ANIMALS AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT! WE DO NOT NEED MORE DUMP TRUCKS ROLLING IN AND OUT AS ON OLD BARRIE ROAD! ACCIDENTS AS DANGEROUS ACTIVITY

Has the County looked at pneumatic waste collection? Some of the big factors are reduction in CO2 emissions, no waste trucks needed to collect waste, huge cost savings, limited manpower to operate.

Please don't put this facility in a residential area that requires cutting down forest. We need to protect our woods and wildlife!!!

To cut down all these trees and destroy our precious few woodlands when alternative sites are available is short-sighted and poor decision making. This belongs in an industrial area, not a rural residential area with school buses, recreation, quiet neighbors and peace.

Leave the forest alone, stop the craziness of destroying our trees and wildlife!

Leave our trees alone!! There are lots of industrial sites that have been vacated and are in need of rejuvination.
