This flag has been here so many years so why all of a sudden now is it a problem that this flag sits in front of a courthouse to show respect to FALLEN Civil War Veterans. I really hope that are Country wakes up and realizes that a flag has nothing to do with anyone but respect it to show respect to the history of this country's Veterans.

This flag not only represents our great Nation's history, it is a symbol of southern heritage NOT racism or hate. How can anyone dispute facts? How can you silence one group with their heritage and not another? This nation is only divided for lack of respect of different views. We are not sheep that will sit by and continue to allow the Government, local, state or federal to continue to force political one sided correctness upon us. We the People elected you. We the people can fire you with a single vote. Keep in mind that once this flag is removed in time something important to you will be under attack. So it must stop now. Velma M. Lockhart

This flag is a symbol of our souther heritage it has nothing to do with racism or hate if it did they would be symbols of black people where the stars are but it don't the 13 stars represent the 13 colonies that refuse to join the union and that it.so leave it alone .

My ancestors fought for the Confederacy. The Flag at the courthouse is a Memorial for those that fought and died in the war. It should remain where it is. To take the flag down is a Racist act.
