The stories coming in from farmers who rely on this water are heartbreaking and keep me pushing for change. We are gathering documentation on the pollution levels to bring directly to the local water board soon.

Seeing this grow makes me think of the riverside trails where I spent my childhood before the water levels dropped so drastically. The momentum building here shows that I am not the only one grieving for what we are losing.

The Colorado River pollution was caused by some EPA agents that where trying to fix something in Gold Kings Mine, but instead they spilled three million gallons of water that had been otherwise stored in the mine
A good idea for a petition and I'm signing, but I'd like to know more about what polluted the water and why.
This is a good petition but you should really rephrase it so that it makes more sense. for example: Sign this petition if you agree that we should stop using the water from the Colorado river because it is polluted and isn't good for our health when the farms use this water for the food we eat.
Guys California is in a drought and we are wasting water, help sign this petition so we can save water and save Califorinia
I'd love to help bring awareness to wasting water!!! We just went to that river and it was dirty and we saw wildlife all around there! Thank you so much for bringing attention to this!

my family lives out west and we see the water levels dropping every year its scary how much we waste just for lawns and stuff when the river is dying
