I cart belive what is happening and not only have they got rid of loads of staff but the ones they have kept on are not the greatest to see Adrian go is your biggest loss

We travel from Grimsby for lessons with Adrian, my daughter has a brilliant skating relationship with her coach, I think it's a disgrace that they can make this decision considering they know nothing about skating!! Are they planning on reimbursements for skaters and parent? And do they think that even if all the skaters carry on skating with the coaches that remain they will be able to fit ice time in for them meaning people will have to give up what they have worked so had for!!!

Hope this isn't the beginning of the end of the Hull ice Arena. Our youngsters need these coaches.

Please don't continue with this proposal: children need to participate in sport and getting rid of the dedicated coaches who aid their endeavours is surely not the way to go.

I competed here as a child and now my skaters compete here at the Opens Ijs competition. It would be a shame to lose the rink. As a coach, we are in need of ice rinks for our skater's to be able to compete at to gain Pass levels and also gain the points needed to compete at the British.

How are kids suppose to learn how to skate if get rid of the instructors my son been doing lessons about a year now and has come on so well can't just end it there it's a joke

Needs to be saved from certain closure. Not been the same since Humberside County Council ran it.......

Self-employed coaches pay the rink, why stop this and commit to 4 salaried coaches who can only teach group courses? This decision means there is now no ice dance or synchro specislism at the rink - clubs will close, skaters will leave the sport and it will kill the Hull Arena. Reverse the decision and bring back all our coaches!!
