short sighted HCC have left the ice arena devoid of spirit and talent. Huge losses in training skills will eventually run the rink to second rate venue

All the ice hockey teams are suffering because of the lack of interest in the arena from Hull CC. It's sad for the kids, they deserve better.

We need these guys to bring on the next generation of hockey players, I think a lot of our players wouldn't have made it without the expert training of people like Adrian.

I have received an email from Carol Neylon at Hull City Council regarding open meetings to: Explain the rationale for the change The coaching structure, how this will work Coaching staff appointed These will be in Blades Bar at the Arena and will be on Tuesday 12July @10 Thursday 14 July @16.00 Tuesday 19July @ 10 Thursday 21July @ 16.00 These are not fantastic times but pass them on to anyone who may be interested so we can show our support face to face

Enough with the cuts now. This is affecting people's lives.

How shameful that another service will be cut, especially in the approach to the year of the City of Culture.

This is the place I would spend my Saturday mornings as a child. The coaches are of huge importance to the people AND the arena. At the very least let's see a compromise. SAVE THE COACHES!

We are supposed to be keeping people fit, not closing places down.

There have been enough cuts to leisure services, they are vital to a young persons development!

Should save the coaches for the people that pay good money for they kids to get coached for ice hockey and figure skating the coaches always warm and friendly to talk to with smiling faces always there to help even when they don't have a training session.
