Do not destroy another building that can never be replaced it should remain in Lockwood where all the locals can see it everyday it may not mean anything to you Kirklees but it holds a lot of memories for us, Leave our Clock tower alone theres no logic reason for it to come down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no valid reason for this historical landmark to be demolished. It must remain as part of Huddersfield history.

Absolute disgrace by Kirklees council, going back on their word and destroying the very symbol of Lockwood and it's people, means nothing to the ones filling their pockets from the hard working public.

143 years old...in fine condition.. And cannot be replaced once lost. We MUST hold on to this major Huddersfield landmark
