Lived in Sarasota for two years and I love to visit. Nature is the main draw so please protect nature. It is Sarasota's biggest asset.

Sarasota, and this area in particular, needs green spaces. Destroying the celery fields would be like fracking on the old Quay property.......contaminates everything around it and makes no sense. Please think longterm and not short-term $'s.

Don't do this. Seriously? Sarasota keeps building and building and building. Sure, recycling is great.. but just stop industrializing everything. It's making my insides go sour.

The bird sanctuary at Celery Fields deserves our protection and should not be fouled by an industrial recycling plant.

Horrible idea, The transfer operation should never have been approved. Common sense should prevail instead of campaign contributions by Gabbert's numerous LLC's.

Please don't build this reclamation site on the Celery Fields. We need this sanctuary for the people and the birds.

If we don't stop this action soon Florida will be reffed to as the state of housing subdivisions and one big giant parking lot! Stop the insanity! Save our wetlands!

I have lived here my entire life and I am very disappointed with Sarasota County! How can they let this happen? Many people enjoy walking the celery fields and seeing the wildlife. The serenity of the area will be destroyed with noise, as well as, air and water pollution. For once they need to forget the $$$ and focus on the people who live here and wildlife.

For reasons noted in what to expect if this is built. There needs to be an area like this to go and soul search.

This kind of facility needs to be far away from populated areas.
