Don't let your constituents down. It's obvious that the majority wants the Celery Fields left alone. Please do the right thing...voters will remember!

Consider another location in a less populated area

I have written to the commissioners and I will attend the commission meeting. I feel very strongly that a recycling plant by the Celery Fields will ruin the peaceful ambiance that took so many people and so much time and money to create. What a shame that would be. I cannot understand why this would even be considered.

This is no place for a proposed plant. The location is becoming a nature preserve ang go to location for the community which will be destroyed by said plant. This type of facility should be hidden away miles east of I75 i.e. At least 10 - 20 miles.

This is NOT the place for a recycling plant. This area is pristine and is enjoyed by so many. The noise and filth will disrupt the balance of nature there.

Please save our bird sanctuary, Elementary school area, and our quiet clean community east of I-75. This improved and upscale area is not the place for a recycling plant!!! Thank you!

This seems poorly thought out, particularly when so much unplanned new housing is going to be in the same area

There is plenty of land further east of interstate 75 that is where the landfill is so that would be a great location.

As a fifth generation Sarasotan, I have seen many changes in this community. I understand the need for changes to take place in order for a community to move forward. However, the constant assault on the natural parks & wetlands is unacceptable. It is apparent those spearheading this act are more concerned about a convenient dumping ground for construction debris, than they are in preserving & protecting the precious environment, which is the dwindling essence of this community.

Keep some low traffic, quiet, nature filled retreats in Sarasota, anywhere, there aren't many left
