The county is not prepared for growth in the celery fields. I am against it.

Growth is a good thing, but not when it takes over our parks that can never be replaced. Growth should be in the form of using sites that have already been used for such purposes. Let "Mother Nature" take a holiday from over-development abuse.

I do not want a 16 acre industrial recycling plant built next to the bird sanctuary at the celery fields.

Don't do it! The celery fields have become a tranquil spot for nature lovers and a tiny bit of green space in this INCREASINGLY OVER DEVELOPED COUNTY! Please please leave it as is!

The approval of this project would be an absolute travesty, especially considering that the alleged goal of Sarasota County is to protect community health, safety, and welfare! NO RECYCLING PLANT!

Our family enjoys the natural beauty of the celery field, and it's surrounding area, and enjoy walking up the hill on a weekly basis. To have have a facility such as this that would disrupt wildlife and cause major noise pollution; and terrible traffic and disruption would be tragic. There must be a more suitable area for this. Thank you....

The housing development in this area is already having an impact on wildlife! Having a recycling facility will bring heavy trucks in the neighborhood creating pedestrian and local traffic hazards.

If you seriously even consider doing stuff like this next to what's left of Florida's healthy environment you shouldn't live on this earth build it in town were it's already destroyed the eco system

This is not the right place for a recycling plant. Noise, pollution, traffic will impact all the beautiful birds that make the Celery Fields their home. Please find a more suitable place for this plant.

The Celery Fields are so unique - it's a high point of Sarasota - literally! The birds are amazing and the trails are used by the old and young alike. Tourist and residents enjoy the calm, quiet entertainment provided by this nature park. To allow a industrial facility to be established near this park would destroy it. Just say NO!
