This is not the appropriate place for an industrial recycling plant!

Most of the serious runners in Sarasota and Manatee county do their off road training at this gem of a park. Please don't ruin it with a recycling facility!

I'm a native of Sarasota, and vehemently oppose this type of construction anywhere near such a vital and beloved natural area. Find another spot, please!

A recycling plant next to a bird sanctuary seems like a bad idea. Sarasota is already over crowded. The more land you use up for housing or any other buildings; you lose what makes Florida great. The warm weather, water, wild life, and environment is the only thing that keeps Florida on the map. That is the only reason I'm here and when that is lost; no need to stay.

Please. Do NOT ruin this precious area. We have invested so much in this birding area.

Sarasota year round resident and home owner very close to the Celery Fields. Systematic destruction of open green spaces are commonplace in Sarasota County. For once please leave these county owned open and for public, not private corporations.

Surely there is another location for the industrial recycling plant, but there will never be another Celery Fields. Please think of the future.

My family and I started a tradition almost 5 years ago, to release balloons at the top of the hill for our loved ones on their anniversaries. We watch them bring our messages to heaven~ This is one of the most peaceful and serene places here. Please keep the celery fields, so we can continue to feel closer to heaven and earth. Thank you

It is disgusting that this is even being considered as a possible site for this plant. It would be gross negligence to our community if this is allowed to proceed. No! No! No!

A lot of money was just spent to provide a place for wildlife to live. It would be awful to ruin all that.
