Why ruin a perfectly wonderful spot? Can we please keep some areas of Sarasota beautiful and not destroy all of it in the name of greed? Save the celery fields.

This questionable action by single bidders is shame. The Commissioners should value the Celery Fields as the treasure they are, At least make there be more bids and consider less invasive, polluting uses for the land!!!!

How much more land are you going to grab for developments, you greedy builders!!!! ??? Stop it Stop it Stop it. Sarasota wants to remain beautiful and Mother Nature oriented place, bird-watching friendly, hiking accessible. The Celery Fields is a historically recognized place and no one should deprive it if its unique character. Do not take away Sarasota's distinctive way!!!

Vote no to building a recycling plant next to a bird sanctuary and celery field. The noise, pollution, the traffic. Please vote against building the recycling plant on the land next to the sanctuary and celery field. Thank you for your time.
