Can't imagine a worse plan, than to build such a facility surrounded by established communities and families whose HEALTH and well being would be adversely impacted. Almost as bad is an inadequate infrastructure surrounded again by private homes and communities that would create a horribly dangerous situation. We are recent Florida residents as of 10/2016. I spent months researching the perfect place to live (Laurel Oak). No doubt this will cause people to reassess living here. The financial impact could be catastrophic.

Please leave the celery field site alone. It is bad enough that all the housing construction is depleting habitats for the wildlife. It is so sad to see our natural Florida disappear.

Please save the celery fields. You have allowed the destruction of so much of the habitat for these birds and so many other forms of wildlife. Please leave this one alone - for the wildlife and for the people who come here to enjoy it. Thank you.

I am all for progress but there is so much building going on we are depleting the wild life homes around us. Please do not take the Celery Fields too. God's creations all need a home - please rethink and build someplace else. Thank you

To put the recycling plant next to our wonderful Celery Fields would destroy it.

We are against the location of the recycling plant. Although I am very much in favor of recycling, to put it next to a bird sanctuary is crazy. Solving one problem with creating another (traffic, noise, debris, ugly) is not the right way to go. There must be another location that would better support the recycling facility.

We do not want this Recycling Facility near Celery Fields ! It will ruin the ecosystem and create much traffic, dust, etc.

building a recycling plant next to a bird sanctuary? I think the Sarasota County Commissioners have to come up with a better idea because this one is half baked.

Keep the celery fields. It will greatly impact the environment if the recycle plant is approved. It is so important for the bird watchers and other naturalists. It is a great place to exercise with famil and friends.

This project should not be built further away from a residential area.

It would be an absolute travesty to have this industrial project destroy the Celery Fields. SRQ development is out of control.

Agree with the board's position
Project not good for this area.
