Enough is enough!! Develop in all the open land east of 75 and stop adding more congestion to our already over capacity areas!

The Celery Fields is a special place, not only for the people who treasure the serenity of the trails, but also for the birds who depend on it for their migration and survival. I am shocked that any surrounding construction is even being considered. The Celery Fields is a treasure for our community that should be expanded and protected, not infringed upon for profit. Everything worth having is not always about money. Please do the right thing!

Seriously? This needs to be discussed? Birding and nature tourism bring money to the area too...it's not like there are plenty of places that are ALREADY built over to consider.

Just moved back to Sarasota. Having the Celery Fields to run at played a big role in that decision. Please seriously consider the importance of this area as a local amenity and get creative on how to support a continuation of its use as a recreation area and natural preserve. Thank you, sincerely.

This is a ridiculous proposal. Can't a better site be found which does not degrade a precious place like Celery Fields. Degrading our environment to enrich the government of Abu Dhabi (apparently a major investor) makes no sense at all. It should not have proceeded even this far.

Keep celery Fields as the treasure it is. Do not bastardize yet another precious piece of land in the name of economical growth. The quality of life in Sarasota and surrounding areas is slowly depreciated by such selfish acts.
