We are newly weds who love taking our bikes out to the celery fields, walking our dog in the park on a beautiful day, or going for a walk. Please don't destroy the serenity and also the value of this area and of our homes!!

This place is such a beautiful place with so many beautiful animals. This is awful for their habitat and saddening because I always go there and love being in the Great outdoors.

What is happening to our Sarasota? We don't need this recycling plant next to the bird sanctuary! I have lived in the area since 1989. This is one of the very few places to go for a nice quite picnic, watch the birds. Walk the hill! Not to mention there are still some of us on the West side of this on WELLS!!! I don't want the chemicals off the waste going down into the groundwater! Please DO NOT APPROVE THIS!

Personally I feel that the celery fields define more than a recycling plant. It has created a hub and a Gathering Place for the residents of Sarasota. I strongly petition against the transition of the sanctuary to a simple recycling plant or anything other than such.

Please stop the action to change the zoning restriction at the celery fields. Need updated maps to show this is a residential area. Millions of taxpayer money has been spent on the celelery fields to make it an eco friendly area. Please keep it this way.

This land is the birds' home....we don't need construction dumps destroying the earth and creating more noise pollution so we can obliterate yet another habitat. We have done enough of that already. LET US LIVE AND LEARN!
