These oaks are so historic and beautiful. They help define our city. If at least some of them are kept, they will enhance the new surroundings.

It took 100 years for some of these trees to be majestic as they are today. Any replants will take another 100 years. Neither we nor developers will be around to ever see their beauty again. Sad, the things allowed in the name of "progress."

Why is it that every CRA and Blueprint project cuts down trees that regular citizens would be ptohibitef from removing on private property. Guess it SOP for those of you who “know what’s good” for we plebes.

These trees are a beautiful legacy that cannot be improved upon or replaced. To destroy these will be regrettable and irreversible. We must preserve and protect
these priceless and irreplaceable treasures.

If these trees have been determined by arborists to be healthy, to destroy them would be a true shame and also a snap in the face to the beauty that makes Tallahassee the unique and beautiful city your home is. As elected officials your job is to speak for the people and not rich business interests. Keep our city green and beautiful!

Never should money come before preservation of those magnificent trees. You can’t get that back.
