Please save this land as open space. We don’t need another storage facility, car wash, or Wawa!!

This property has been left unattended to for years and years and has already essentially become a natural wildlife refuge. Let’s make this permanent.

Kirkwood currently has no areas of open space. This is disheartening to see as the rest of Voorhees has areas like Connelly park & blueberry hill, etc. dedicated to preservation. The area is home to many unique species including a nesting bald eagle pair that has been returning to the same location for 5+ years. The location has been vacant for as long as I can remember and all residents of kirkwood (including threatened species) would greatly benefit from having this space permanently protected. It’s time to stand up for Kirkwood & Gibbsboro and protect our communities treasures.

I live in Voorhees and highly valued the property at the carriage. This land should be preserved for future generations. It has a water shed (lake) where fish and ducks use. Also ,there is to much of development of open land in Voorhees ,Gibbsboro,Kirkwood, lindenwold.

I am a Voorhees resident that lives on Kirkwood- Gibbsboro Road and I don’t want to see our wetland destroyed for this senior house. It will become a disruption to our quiet neighborhood. The Swifts

We owe this living environment to our children and grandchildren. Nothing we build now can ever be as important as the ability to walk into green spaces and fall in love with the world.
