The environmental agency should spend some of the Billions of £'s it has,to build flood defences.Instead of buying up property for it's managers,directors,CEO's ect.Corrupt load of bastards.

Would like more information as to why this is deemed necessary. To flood the fields would take necessary income away from the village and community. Has this aspect been looked into at all ?

I have attended Calstick Bike festival for a number of years. This event clearly brings much needed revenue to the village and surrounding area. It is not acceptable for the field to be flooded as suggested this have an ecological impact on the environment also. We do not agree to the flooding of the field

This must not be allowed ! The bike show is now a local highlight & institution & does nothing but good for the local community , to lose the camping fields would effectively kill the bike show .
