My wife and I will attend our first Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo in May 2014. A free Bayou Boogaloo is very attractive to us. Keep the rents down and the admission free and we'll spend more money on food, drink and arts and crafts and souvenirs. See you in May.

let's be smart City Of NOLA...more good comes pit of this festival...keep the rentals as they are and let this group keep making the contributions they do...a percentage would probably be more money than the hiked fees...keep it free cause if it goes pay out goes away !!!

This is something that the local neighborhood really loves and enjoys! It's like a local festival for the neighborhood. Lots and lots look foward to it!

Squeezing the people who use (and give back to!!) the Bayou strangles its revitalization.

Where's the city official's morality? Save free culture and music!

Keep it free! Best festival in NOLA hands down. I will only come back to visit and spend money at your businesses if this event stays free.

Mothership, plants trees, and thier sponsors such as positive vibrations foundations, are a positive force to the youth of New Orleans. The Bayou belongs to the community!!!
