We need to keep our trees

Nature first, we have enough strip malls and cars thank you

The developer's "vision"? What next, pave over the beaches to build "affordable million dollar condos?? Scary that Public Works can now be bought. The developers "greedy disease" is permeating our once beautiful, peaceful, environmentally sensitive city.

STOP. CUTTING. DOWN. TREES.

It makes no sense whatsoever to remove healthy nesting trees used by blue herons and then turn around and replace them with new "similar" ones.

Save these tress and birds!

Please leave the trees in place, as the herons need them. It doesn't make sense to eliminate them and then plant new ones. Birds will die in the meantime. Craziness.

Weeds?

Please do not cut the palms on 2nd and Marine Drive. They house the nests of marine birds. If you do, neither I nor my friends will shop in your projected businesses.

Please don’t remove these trees and harm the heroins nesting grounds.

Save the Palms

There’s enough development in LB. The thoughtlessness of our environment needs to stop. Try integrating nature, not destroying it for your personal gain and “vision”!

The benefits of this place to the average Long Beach Citizen remain to be seen as I suspect a bevy of chain store to appear suddenly. Needless to say, I would hope you would you would be a little bit more flexible in your plans and in turn save a few native bird's nesting grounds in the process. Goodwill. Think about it.

Years ago they tried to remove trees that the Grt Blue Herons use near Schooner or Later...and that was stopped. We need birds to have a safe habitat in which to carry on. Removing the trees will be a decades' setback for the birds who have been living in that area for a very long time. Could be that they would not recover if trees are removed. We do not need more man-made artificial things, we need to preserve nature.

Please don't remove these nesting sites. I'm sure the developers can work around them and help these poor birds out.

Please do not remove the palm trees. They are a nesting site for Blue Herons and are part of the beauty of Long Beach. Thank you.
