I grew up swimming in these waters and seeing so many people share their own memories confirms that this place holds a piece of our history. I am currently reaching out to local representatives to ensure they understand that these baths are not just ruins but a vital part of what makes our town special.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels surreal because these waters were the heart of my childhood summers in the park. I never expected so many people to feel the same urgency to protect such a vital piece of our history.

Please dont let this happen. We need this pool open again for the community.
My kids would love to swim there like I did. Its criminal to let such a beautiful spot go to waste when we could have a proper facility again.
Used to go here every summer as a kid. Such a shame to see it just sitting there rotting away. Fix it up!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. This is part of our history and the council just wants to let it fall down. Save the lido!
