please recognise the wonderful caring work this group do. One of my friends worked there many years ago and told me all the areas of need they were helping with. How many people on that estate have had their lives changed or in some way helped. Surely we should be encouraging this brave band of unpaid or paid 'helpers 'to continue their amazing contribution to many who have no voice or hope. I hope the council is selling the place for a very small amount as they recognise the great need in this area.

I hope there not the the kids on the estate that have been signing? At the weekend they were mobbing people outside the chippy.righting down names and street houses randomly. Then going to my local shop next door m.People!! Have been coming alway from Norham road , the Quadrant passing at least 5 convenient stores in Mass!!!!!!! According to the petition papers. Residents expect honesty. We respect those who talk and keep it REAL!

I LOVE! My Estate! We have fantastic services yards away from home.As a community we need to speak.Cedarwood! Pppleeasse! Hold a public forum with plenty of notice.for all local residents.Meadowell! Residents ONLY! Included in the debate should be local community services in the area.this allows myself and fellow residents the opportunity to listen and be heard. As a neighbour living 50 yards from The Cedarwood I will be invited soon x

As a family who lives on the Meadowell. I have never been consulted. Never have I or neighbours been asked there thoughts about the avenues.local shops have petitions papers with children mobbing people to sign.As a community we have great services available on this estate for children, young people and adults. We should not be creating an issue in the community.when there's not one to be created.

Cedarwood Centre has helped build a creative community in the best sense of the word. It deserves the support of Church and council as the kind of partnership that can bring hope in difficult times.

I want this to come back because I always used to go and also it keeps kids off the streets of NE29 so they aren't getting in trouble.

Here is a great opportunity to have a spare building used by a proven champion of community building.

I hope the council will simply give the building to the Cedarwood Trust and thereby help the local community and benefit all residents.

As a follower of the work of the Cedarwood Trust over many years I strongly support the proposal to purchase the Avenue building in order to extend their valuable work at Meadow Well.

The Cedarwood Trust have a long record of effective and caring service in Meadow Well. I'm glad to be able to support and recommend them.

Cedarwood is the only organisation on Meadowell that has continued to provide service while all other services come and go at the council's whim. The fact that Cedarwood still exists is testament to the fact that the People want it to continue.
