Please keep all aspects of Fall Creek Falls State Park a part of the park systems. We have been coming to Fall Creek Falls for over 35 years and love the park.

STOP privatizing publicly owned property in Tennessee!!!

Leave it in the states hands! Private hand will drive the rate through the roof!

Please leave our beautiful park public for ALL FAMILIES TO ENJOY.

We love this place. My dad brought my sister and i here as little girls and we have camped here every year for nearly 30 years and now bringing our own children. Lets keep it the way it is! we love it and look forward to it every year!

I live in Sevierville Tennessee, this is my first visit to Falls Creek Falls State Park and I believe it's the nicest park in Tennessee I've been to. I drove through the Inn and Conference Center in thought it was a great thing for a state to run as am originally from Massachusetts and we have nothing like this there. I couldn't believe how affoldable the price is.

Please don't mess with Tennessee's Fall Creek Falls State Park and Conference Center!

Totally unfair to families wishing to spend time at the park. Many of whom may be working for a wage to make ends meet and simply couldn't afford to enjoy the amenities at elevated cost imposed by private for profit companies. These state parks are for the citizenry of Tennessee.

PLEASE, NO!! I don't think there's anything wrong with the Inn! This park is so full of wonderful things to see and do. Why would anyone need to spend a lot of time in the room? So what if it is not the Hilton as long as everything works and is clean - which it has been for our family for over 25 years!! Please don't do this!!

My wife's family reunion has gathered here for 25+ years., so I'm very familiar with the inn. The main building's 1970 construction is far superior to anything a private developer is likely to build, at today's inflated costs. The people of Tennessee need to take a close look at who benefits from this transaction, you know, "follow the money". Some friend of the governor may benefit handsomely, but I doubt that the people of Tennessee will be enriched at all. As for our group, plans have been made to go elsewhere if this train wreck happens, and if occupancy rates have dropped with current rents, just wait until they try to charge $151 per night!

Keep it the way it is. We don't need outside influence and modernization.
